With its seat on the Isle of Man. The yachts are run, maintained and kept clean by SmartYacht AG with its seat in Liechtenstein. The proprietary company and management company are strictly separated for the optimal security of the co-owners, so that continuity of the running of the yachts in the case of a problem with individual co-owners can be guaranteed. As the shares are held by the trustees in name and contract for the co-owners in anonymous form there is no possibility of the gaining of access by a third party.
