John Roth, Managing Director of Shipworks Brisbane Pty Ltd, and David Warren, Managing Director of Warren Yachts are pleased to announce that a contract has been signed for the merger of Shipworks Brisbane, and Warren Yachts, of New South Wales.

The merger brings together Shipworks Brisbane, the newest and largest new construction, refit and repair facility for superyachts in the southern hemisphere, and Warren Yachts, a premier designer and builder of superyachts and high performance motor yachts.

The transaction will see the creation of Warren Yachts Division of Shipworks Brisbane and will provide the opportunity for the highly regarded Warren Yachts product to be developed and marketed internationally. This is an exciting development, not only for the two companies, but for the Motor Yacht Industry, as well.
