Northrop and Johnson’s Fort Lauderdale office is pleased to report the sales of INGOT, the 70’ (21m) Hatteras by Kevin Merrigan and KALIKOBASS, the Frers 76 (23m) by Ann Avery. In addition, the Fort Lauderdale brokers have three other yachts under agreement.
Northrop and Johnson’s Fort Lauderdale office reports a significant price reductions to LIFE OF RILEY, the 132’ (46m) Delta, now asking $13,750,000; JANIKA, the 96’ (29m) Trident, now
asking $2,950,000; AUSTRALIAN GOLD, the 92’ (28m) Broward, now asking $1,850,000; and LADY ELIN, the 50’ (15m) Elco, now asking $290,000. Northrop and Johnson Fort Lauderdale’s Charter Management & Yacht Support department reports a terrific month. Sandy Taylor has filled many positions to the delight of both owners and crew and placed several charters on her yachts.
