Northrop and Johnson’s Fort Lauderdale office is pleased to announce the sale of CHARISMA, the spectacular 153’ (46m) Feadship, Michael Nethersole managed both sides of the deal who reports that he could not have worked with nicer more honorable people. CHARISMA will be available for charter in the Mediterranean this summer and managed by our friends at Yachting Partners International along with Sandy Taylor, the head of our U.S. charter operations.

We are also pleased to announce the sale of SILVER CLOUD, the 142’ (54m) Feadship by Kevin Merrigan in conjunction with Alex Braden of Yachting Partners International and Central Agent Michael Rafferty of Camper & Nicholsons.

Northrop and Johnson’s Fort Lauderdale reports significant price reductions to GALLANT LADY, the 160’ (48m) Delta, now asking $27,950,000; QUE’ SERA, the 122’ (37m) Delta, now asking $9,950,000 this is a bargain!; CARPE DIEM, the 97’ (29m) Cooper Queenship, now asking $2,295,000; GEMINI, the 49’ (15m) Eastbay, now asking $925,000; and VOLARE, the 73’ (22m) Sensation, now asking $2,250,000.

Northrop and Johnson's Charter Management Department reports that M/Y WINDSCAPE, 91’ (27m) Burger that has been totally refitted, has entered into the charter fleet. She will be in the Newport Charter show and available for charter in New England after the charter show at the end of June. ARGYLL, the 153' (46m) NAYS has just had zero stabilizers installed and will be available for charter in New England June, July, and August 2006. BAHAMIAN RHAPSODY, the 73' (22m) Irwin with its award winning Concours de chef will be available for charter in New England for the charter season. SHOGUN, the 122’ (37m) Flagship is currently in California chartering the west coast of the USA. BELLFLOWER, the 88' (26m) Palmer Johnson will also be in the Newport Charter show and will be available for charter thereafter.
