Jim Bronstien joins investor team for large marina/service yard project in heart of Costa Rica

Marina Pez Vela, a world class marina and service yard project currently under construction in the pacific tourist center of Quepos, Costa Rica, is pleased to announce that Jim Bronstien has joined the investor team for the project.

Bronstien is known to many in the marine industry. He is currently the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for Broward Yachts, a worldwide megayacht builder based in Ft. Lauderdale. Prior to joining Broward earlier this year, Jim previously owned and led the famed Rybovich Spencer yacht facility for 22 years.

About Marina Pez Vela
Marina Pez Vela has been granted a Concession to build and operate a marina in Quepos, Costa Rica. Construction is underway with completion of the first slips scheduled in the fall of 2007. Marina Pez Vela has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the International sport fishing and yachting community. The Marina will be the first full service marine facility in Costa Rica. The plans call for up to 300 concrete floating slips accommodating boats up to 200 feet. The Marina will have a 200 ton Travel-Lift and maintenance facility capable of handling full service repairs and maintenance needs, making it unique to all of Central America.

The Marina is currently offering a limited number of Preferred Shares each representing the purchaser’s right to exclusively use a slip in the Marina for the duration of the Concession.
