ARB Marine group is headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and is also the parent of Allied Richard Bertram Yachts, Inc. Allied currently has nine locations in Florida that provide sales and service for Benetti, Azimut, Bertram and Tiara yacht Products.
Global and Allied will be operating as autonomous subsidiaries of ARB under separate management organizations. ARB is planning to add additional highly- valued marine companies across the U.S.A.
