Nick Bischoff Named Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - July 29, 2004 - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group is proud to announce the promotion of Nick Bischoff to the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Bischoff, who has been with the company since 2002, was most recently head of ARB's Tiara Sales Division. Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group has been the leading Tiara dealer in the world for more than 12 years in a row, the last two while under Mr. Bischoff's guidance.

Mr. Bischoff will continue to direct Tiara sales, but is also directly responsible for ARB's other sales channels, Azimut Yachts and Bertram Yachts. Director of Azimut sales, industry veteran Randy Coleman, along with another 30 year veteran, Mike Goebel, who is Director of Bertram Yacht sales, will now report directly to Mr. Bischoff. Mr. Bischoff will also oversee all advertising and marketing efforts put forth by the company and within that capacity, ARB's Marketing Manager, Jon Levine, will report directly to him.

A 17-year veteran of the marine industry, Mr. Bischoff spent over half of his career working for Boston Whaler in many different sales capacities. He also spent three years in Holland, Michigan where he was the National Sales & Marketing Manager for Powerquest Boats. Before joining Allied Richard Bertram, Mr. Bischoff was a financial consultant for Smith Barney in their corporate client division.
